Do you offer delivery and setup?

Yes! We offer delivery, setup, styling, and breakdown services. Pricing is determined by travel distance, setup complexity, and timing requirements.

Is there a minimum for delivery?

Yes, delivery and setup services have a minimum booking requirement depending on location and event needs.

Can rentals be picked up instead?

Some rental items are available for client pickup and return from Oak Ridge, NJ. Larger installations and select inventory items require delivery and professional setup.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event.

When should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak seasons, as availability fills quickly.

Do you offer custom designs?

Absolutely! Every event is customized based on your theme, colors, inspiration photos, venue, and budget.

What types of events do you decorate?

We style birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, weddings, corporate events, graduations, communions, holiday parties, and more.

Can you match my theme or inspiration photo?

Yes! Clients are encouraged to send inspiration photos, color palettes, Pinterest boards, or theme ideas so we can bring the vision to life in a cohesive way.

Do you provide balloons only, or full event styling?

We offer both balloon-only services and full event styling, including backdrops, florals, signage, tablescapes, rentals, and dessert table styling.

What happens if my event is outdoors?

Outdoor setups are weather dependent. Certain balloon colors and installations may be affected by heat, wind, rain, or direct sunlight. We’ll always recommend the best setup options for your event environment.

Do you offer customized signage and decals?

Yes! We offer custom vinyl decals, welcome signs, seating charts, and other personalized signage options.

Are your balloons professional quality?

Yes, we use professional-grade balloons for our installations to ensure a fuller, more polished, and longer-lasting look.

Do you offer breakdown services?

Yes, breakdown services can be added to your package depending on the event location and timing.

Are candles or florals included in rentals?
